CLIENT:
Engenica was the engineering division of Thames Water. It later became an independent company in its own right. It sells engineering and contract maintenance services to owner operators of large rotating plant, notably large water and sewage pumps.
The client sought an Agency that had a good feeling for bidding for major engineering contracts.
BRIEF:
This client was interested in TANDEM’s ‘Red Team’ service where the Agency provides backing and support for staff tasked with putting together multi-million pound contract bids.
The ‘Red Team’ acts as a competitor might, and being ‘outside’ can see strengths and weaknesses realistically. This allows the Clients bid team to produce a more effective bid.
RESULTS & OUTCOME:
We created a very distinct and attractive divisional corporate folder in support of bids. TANDEM provided help and guidance for support staff producing major bids.
