Nordiko Technical Services Ltd a pioneer in nano engineering processes and machinery is TANDEM’s oldest client. We have worked continuously for Nordiko since 1986!

To have kept a client for over twenty years is exceptional even for TANDEM.

But our average retention is five years, and we aim to exceed this. We know that we deliver the most creative work and best value when we have a long term partnership with a client.

BRIEF: 

This client sought an Agency that had the technical background to understand its leading nano milling, etching and coating technologies. Marketing machines that might cost in excess of £2m each to a maximum of 100 prospects worldwide is quite a challenge!

Every prospect is either a household name multinational or research lab of international repute. Knowledge of multi-nationals purchasing practices and patterns has been essential.

RESULTS & OUTCOME:

Over the past twenty years Nordiko has twice been bought by Japanese Multi-national Groups. The ability to retain Nordiko’s brand identity within the corporate house style of the parent multi-national has been a major success.

TANDEM provide a programme of customer research, corporate & technical literature, advertising and conference support.

The fact that Nordiko as a smaller company has survived in a notoriously ‘boom & bust’ semi-conductor industry since the eighties is an achievement in itself. Nordiko’s brand name is well known across the world, given the modest budget this is a significant success.
